The garden portion includes a swimming pool with associated basement utility rooms. The floor plans are substantially consistent with the current state, taking into account the scale of representation, or slight variations that do not affect the consistency, category, or class distribution. The only differences are in two sub-units, where the main room was divided into two by a wall exceeding two meters in height but not reaching the ceiling. There are conflicting opinions regarding the need to restore this type of wall. A new land registry will be required for almost all units following the work required to regularize the complex.
Building B: Real estate complex located in Fivizzano, San Terenzo Monti, Via di Valla no. 14. The land, with various uses at the time of the inspection, is partly garden, partly meadow, partly olive grove, and partly woodland. Some areas, as specified in the appraisal, have limited building capacity. The following irregularities were found: the swimming pool and the poolside facilities are not registered (please take into account the information reported in Building A regarding the building and urban planning compliance of the above-mentioned works), nor is the road from the Historical Museum to the Memorial.
